About Us

Two hands enclosed around rainbow pegs, sat atop of wooden blocks reading out the words INCLUSION.

Serving the Special Needs Community

The Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC) is an advisory committee to the Western Quebec School Board. SEAC’s primary role consists of representing the interests of children at risk or with disabilities and their families to the School Board.

This website is produced & maintained by SEAC as a resource; to inform, educate and support parents, caregivers & educators as they seek to successfully navigate the school system and effectively advocate for their students with special needs.

For information about WQSB resources, contact your child’s school or the Complementary Services Department.
